Tri-State Treatment Services
Our highly trained, compassionate staff is dedicated to the work and art of serving addicted men, women and their families with the most advanced tools available, at an affordable fee. We offer daily contact with our therapeutic staff, weekly consults with staff physicians, a program designed to meet the needs of pregnant women, women with young children and any woman having gender specific concerns and needs.
We are here to serve to the best of our ability and are prepared to combat not only the physical addiction, but the underlying causes and conditions. We are dedicated to the journey of recovery and healing for the whole person, mind, body and spirit, and welcome those who are ready to embark on the same journey and live a life free of substance abuse.

Monday – Friday ~ 6:00 am to 2:00 pm
Medication Hours
Monday – Friday ~ 6:00 am to 11:00 am.
Saturday ~ 6:00 am to 9:00 am.
Closed Sundays/most major holidays
Fee Schedule
Intake Fee: $0 Pregnancy Test: $5.00/as required
Transfer Fee: $0 Additional TB Test: $5.00/as required
Liquid Methadone: $13.00/per day Peak and Trough: $50.00/as requested
Disk Methadone: $13.00/per day Confirmation: $15.00/as requested
In-house Drug Screen: $15.00/as required Guest Dosing: $14.00/per day
Illicit Drug Screen: $15.00 / each illicit drug screen after one month in treatment.
Monetary payments must be made in cash only.
Checks or Credit Cards are not accepted as form of payment.
